Wow -what an experience! The hosts, Megan and Tony, are so welcoming, hospitable and knowledgeable!

we saw so much, tasted so much and learned so much. The local produce is truly amazing - from the oysters and lamb to the fresh farm vegetables and herbs. We can't recommend Millford Acres highly enough - we are definitely going back!

The Cooking with Fire workshop, at Millford Acres, is truly inspirational. The property is absolutely beautiful - and the hosts terrific. Even more importantly, the food - all sourced locally - is delicious. The freshly shucked Wapengo oysters, the lamb cooked over the embers, sublime Collector wines, perfect pizzas from the wood fired oven, vegetables and herbs picked that morning form the garden - we loved it all! Thank you Megan and Tony, we will come again.
